Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Occitanie Chauffeur, a sole proprietorship VTC transport company located at 4 rue Achille Viadieu, 31400 Toulouse, and its customers.
Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer.
Services Offered
Occitanie Chauffeur offers the following transport services:
- Airport and train station transfers (Toulouse-Blagnac, Gare Matabiau)
- Chauffeured vehicle hire
- Long-distance and intercity journeys
- Event transport (weddings, seminars, evening events)
- Sightseeing tours in Occitanie
Booking
Bookings can be made via the online form on occitanie-chauffeur.fr, by phone or by email.
Every booking is confirmed by email or SMS. The confirmation constitutes a contractual commitment between the parties.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when booking (pickup address, number of passengers, schedule, etc.).
Pricing and Payment
Prices are provided to the customer as a quote before the service. They include the provision of the vehicle and driver, fuel and any tolls.
Payment is made on board the vehicle by credit card or cash, unless prior arrangement has been made for bank transfer payment. Payment is due at the end of the service.
In case of a waiting time exceeding 15 minutes beyond the agreed time, an additional charge may be applied.
Cancellation and Modification
Any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the service is free of charge.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, a fee of 50% of the quoted amount may be charged.
Any modification to the booking (time, address, number of passengers) must be communicated as soon as possible. Modifications are accepted subject to availability and may result in a revised price.
Liability
Occitanie Chauffeur undertakes to provide passenger transport in the best conditions of comfort and safety, in accordance with the regulations applicable to private hire vehicles (VTC).
Occitanie Chauffeur holds all the necessary authorizations and insurance for its activity. Vehicles are covered by professional liability insurance.
Occitanie Chauffeur cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic jams, weather conditions, roadworks, strikes, etc.).
Complaints
For any complaint regarding a service, the customer can contact us by email at contact@occitanie-chauffeur.fr within 30 days of the service.
We undertake to process each complaint within 15 working days and to propose a suitable solution.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The competent mediator is the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) - 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris - www.cmap.fr. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Toulouse shall have sole jurisdiction.
